Produce high quality products for our customers. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area, by following instructions to collect the correct materials from the storage/warehouse area. You will successfully machine parts to blueprints, SOP's, and manufacturing operation instructions within close tolerances and fine finishes. Your responsibilities will include the set-up and operation of CNC lathes and mills. You will have to actively participate in Honeywell Structured Safety Process (SSP) activities, attend daily safety meetings, complete daily, weekly, and monthly safety related tasks. You will also have to actively participate in Continuous Improvement along with daily housekeeping activities.



2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30PM-5AM 

3rd Shift: Friday- Monday 8AM-6:30PM

4th Shift: Thursday- Sunday 6:30PM-5AM

  • Completion of a Machining Technology Program or in lieu of a machining degree, a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of CNC machinist-level experience


  • Some experience with CNC set-ups and change-outs
  • Some experience with manual mills and lathes 
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
  • Ability to identify key details
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Creative thinking and idea generation
  • Previous Lean or 5S experience
  • Ability to communicate information clearly
