The L’Oréal Graduate Program – LAB 2018 includes immediate hiring and starts with 1-year of two job rotations.

This special path allows you to experience 2 roles in 2 different Divisions of L’Oréal Italy.

- First Rotation: Digital experience within  Marketing/ Digital/ Consumer Insights team

- Second Rotation: sales experience on the field


You will have the unique opportunity to experience to work in two of our divisions: Consumer Products, Luxe, Professional Products, Active Cosmetique, discovering different functions and the company at 360 degrees.

 During the program you will be involved in dedicated learning opportunities, netwowtking events and mentoring moments.  


In L’Oréal, a talent is someone who is distinguished by his/her entrepreneurship and innovation skills.



-         First relevant professional experience (min. 6 up to 18 months) 

-         MSc or Master Degree and fluency in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus

-         International background (academic/professional)

-         Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic context

-         Strong digital mindset and always looking for new challenges


- Your CV in English;

- 1 Power Point slide in which you present your idea regarding this brief: “Choose a new beauty trend (relevant in Italy) and create a digital strategy for 2020 to engage millennials and to increase the number of consumers for L’Oréal Italy”


SELECTION PROCESS (starts May 7th):

 - HR Phone/Skype interview

- We assess your analytical and digital skills as well your aptitude through online tests

- 1 Day Assessment Center (Group business case & Individual Interviews)
